Day 1: Fes – Merzouga:
The tour from Fes to Marrakech will begin from the hotel in the spiritual capital Fez towards Merzouga passing first at one of the modern clean cities of Morocco. Day 2: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Dunes- Tour Around ( Erg Chebbi Desert ):
Following breakfast, a move to the African village; the nomadic pool, KHAMLIA village lived by black-skinned people originally from Mali and you will see the Gnawa people try their music and way of living. After we will move off-road to pay a visit to a nomad family discovering their lifestyle drinking tea with them in their nomadic tents. The lunch will be about discovering a new type of pizza, it is a Berber one called Medfouna before back to the hotel to rest before starting your camel trip into the middle of the dunes in order to see the sunset that will be taped in your memory until you pass away, then after you will arrive at the camp and spend the night in a nomadic tent under the stars. The experience of the desert will be a unique one on this tour from Fes to Marrakech.
Day 3: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Ouarzazate :
Before breakfast, our guide will aid you to ride on camels guided by a specialist in order to reach the highest sand dunes to live a memorable sunrise. A moment that is saved in our visitor’s memories is when seeing the gold sun rising between waves of sand colorizing Merzouga with golden yellow before it’s like a pearl appears between the monstrous waves of the ocean. Coming back to your hotel riding your camels for breakfast. After taking a bath, you will be served a special Moroccan breakfast before driving to Ouarzazate passing via RISSANI, Sijilmassa once upon a time the hometown of the Alaouist dynasty, then head up at ERFOUD the capital city of fossils that manage the dates season yearly and then drive towards the Todgha gorges that are situated ahead of the central high Atlas Mountains which is an ideal place for walking and exploring on your own. Afterward lunch, we will continue our journey of Fes to Marrakech via Dades Gorge enjoying its beauty and taking some pictures for souvenirs then we drive through the town of Roses, KelaaMgouna, the Road of a Thousand-Kasbahs passing the Skoura palm grove until we arrive at Ouarzazate fashionable as the gateway to the desert, a city that established in 1920, situated in the middle of a bare plateau, south of the High Atlas Mountains that is populated by Berbers who constructed many of the prominent kasbahs and building for which the area is known as the Kasbah of Taourirt diverted in the 17th century. The door to the desert is known as the Hollywood of Africa where many famous movies were filmed there in one of Morocco’s biggest studios inviting many international film companies to shoot their movies like Lawrence of Arabia (1962), The Living Daylights (1987)…. We will check into one of Ouarzazate’s accommodations.
Day 4 :Ouarzazate – AitBenHaddou – Marrakech :
We will leave Ouarzazate Continuing to the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Hadou built in the 11th century it is classified as a World Heritage site since 1987 the site had been the setting for many films including Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator and then start heading towards the majestic Atlas Mountains. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco TizniTichka2260m high offering impressive views of valleys, mountains, and many Berber villages nearby. We will arrive in Marrakech in the evening. End of the tour in Morocco from Fes to Marrakech.
