8 Days Tour from Fez to Imperial Cities & Merzouga Sahara

The 8 days tour from Fez, itinerary:

1^st day: Fez – Volubilis to Meknes

We start our 8 days tour from Fez, we will move ahead to Volubilis, an old city built with big stones. It is an old city built by Berbers and was under the kingdom of Berber in Mauritania after this agricultural city was invaded by Romans made it diverse architecturally. It is ruined by the excavation of French and earthquakes. But it was restored partially after we will visit Moulay Driss village. Before moving to explore Meknes, we will have our lunch. Therewith, moving to discover Plaza of Lhdim, Bab Mansour, Souk with beautiful colors, Sahrij Souani which is a wide pool, long walls (40km) surrounding the eldest quarter of Meknes, Borj Belkari, and Royal Stables. Ultimately, we will accommodate in Meknes.

2^nd day: Meknes – Rabat to Casablanca

We will have our breakfast in Ismailia City and travel to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco, in which we will visit Oudaya Kasbah & Garden, Bou Regreg River, Bab Chellah, Mohamed5 mausoleum, Hassan Tower Mosque, the giant Bridge which links Sale city and Rabat. But when we have lunch, we will travel by highway to Casablanca where we will visit the largest Mosque in Africa which is the Hassan2 Mosque, built beside the panoramic view of the sea. We will also visit some other sights before moving to have dinner and overnight. Through this 8 days tour from Fez, we will discover the Moroccan imperial cities and enjoy our time in Morocco.

3^rd day: Casablanca – El-Jadida to Essaouira

We will have our breakfast before moving to cross the road to Essaouira. After traveling via some cities, we will follow our wonderful jeopardize to Essaouira, a city in the Atlantic Ocean, in which we will spend a beloved experience visiting historical monuments, garnish walls which are surrounded old Medina and have a narrow road to use it when the invaders attacked Essaouira, at the peak of those walls, we will have a wide vision to see panoramic views, fresh seafood; so we will have it in our delicious lunch. Also, we will visit the souk of handicrafts, Mellah (a quarter of Jewish), and the amazing beach that has a competition ski surfing each year. Furthermore, old Medina is selected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site because its perfect design and its beautiful monuments. Finally, Riad/Hotel will be our last destination to spend a wonderful night.

4^th day: Essaouira to Marrakech

On the fourth day of our 8 days tour from Fes and after our delicious breakfast in Marrakech, we will travel through an area full of Argan trees. Where we will discover the Berber cooperative which is controlled by women to grind Argan products for producing oil and some cosmetic by traditional methods. After achieving Marrakech, we will run out and happiness in your beautiful eyes to discover ”the Share of God” as the meaning of its Berber name. It was the capital of Youssef Ben Tachafine the king Mourabitine, so it took the most interesting that made it an amazing city which is surrounded by ramparts to control its life. In fact, we will visit Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Garden Majorelle, Koutoubia Mosque, and Jemaa El-Fena where we are going to take a short break before getting to the Souk to discover different carpets, Berber’s traditional clothes, Bazaars with colored and different styles, and finally, spend the rest time exploring the life of Plaza of Jemaa El-fena where there monkeys, snacks, etc. By the end of the day, we will go to our hotel.

5^th day: Marrakech to Ait Benhaddou

Before crossing Tizi N Ticheka, we have our breakfast, and then travel toward Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, the most famous one in Morocco which built architecturally of clay and has so many walls with Berber houses; some of them are collapsed cause of rain while other are still inhabited and restored to save its panoramic and marvelous shapes. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built on the hill beside the river that has a special Oasis. We will have lunch at the restaurant, at this Kasbah, a lot of international films knew their way to international TV. Finally, we will accommodate Riad around Kasbah.

6^th day: Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate to Boumalne Dades

We will take our Berber breakfast and then visit Ouarzazate the capital city of Cinema in Morocco where we will explore Studios and Telouet Kasbah. Actually, the Ouarzazate area has an enormous number of Kasbahs and Berber villages such as a well-preserved Kasbah of Ameridil in which we will visit beautiful walls and Berber houses, and also take Berber Tajine to lunch. Then, moving to discover thousands of Kasbahs and villages before the atmosphere of Dades Valley that will let enjoying our time. At Kelaat Mgouna we will stop to visit Bazaars and shops of traditional clothes, garnish stones, water, and cosmetics of roses. Finally, we will accommodate Boumalne Dades.

7^th day: Boumalne Dades – Todra Gorges to Merzouga

After breakfast, we will travel to explore places such as the Valley of Roses which has thousands of Kasbah and beautiful Oasis. our jeopardize will take us to travel between a lot of Berber villages until Todra Gorges in which there are dangerous downwards and high mountains and river between narrow mountains. In fact, we will have our lunch before traveling to discover more sights. Therewith, we will travel by crossing places which are panoramic valleys full of palm trees and villages. Ultimately, we will travel via some villages until Merzouga where we will let our luggage and take what is necessary to spend the night in a luxury camp in the Sahara in which we are going to see the beautiful sight of sunset and live amazing moments with Berber drum.

8^th day: Merzouga – Rissani – Midelt to Fez

Before the rising of the sun, we will climb the Dunes of sand to discover the panoramic reflections of sunrise and the coldest atmosphere of sand and then ride the camel back to our camp to have breakfast before traveling back to Merzouga. Moreover, Jeopardize will take us to travel back between lots of Berber villages until Fez. We will stop somewhere to take pictures such as Ziz Valley the longest Oasis of Palm trees in Morocco, Midelt to have lunch in Berber town, Cedar forest to discover the beauty of nature with Berber Monkey and Berber Horses and Switzerland of Morocco, Ifrane, according to European visitors.
