Itinerary for 4 days tour in Morocco

Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Fez

The 4 Days tour in Morocco starts with a visit to the Mosque of Hassan II, then transfer to Rabat to see the administrative and political center of the city. Departure to Fez, via Moulay Idriss, and visit the Roman ruins at the holy city of Volubilis. Lunch in Volubilis and Meknes, the “Versailles of Morocco”. Visit the monuments of Meknes. Arrival in Fez, dinner, and overnight in a riad.

Day 2: Fez, Ifran, Midelt, Erfoud, Merzouga

Departure from Fez to Irfan (ski resort), the “Switzerland ” of Morocco. We will go through the Berber Middle Atlas forests and monkey herds to Azra and arrive in Midelt. Enjoy the night in a beautiful traditional-style Kasbah. Departure to Merzouga via the Gorges du Ziz, a magical valley with oases and date palms. Then you will arrive at the first sand dunes and the most beautiful oasis of the country. A short visit to the ancient capital of Tafilalta: Szijilmassa (Rissani). Then to Merzouga, an oasis in southeastern Morocco, the largest sand dune area after the Chegagh dunes. Surrounded by lush green palms and golden and reddish Erg Chebbi dunes. We will then take a camel ride deep into the Sahara Desert. Enjoy the tranquility and vastness of the fantastic dunes and the romantic sunset at the top of the huge dunes. Day 3: Merzouga, Todra, and Dades Gorge

After sunrise, we will take a 1-hour camel ride to a nearby guesthouse where we will shower and have breakfast. Then we will move from the desert to Rissani, where we will visit the fort and the Kasbah. After lunch, we will cross an area with fossils, small villages, and oases to reach Tineghir. We will visit the cliffs of Todra Gorge and Dades Gorge. After dinner, overnight at a charming guesthouse on the banks of the Wadi.

Day 4: Dades Gorge, Skoura, Ouarzazate, Ait Ben Haddou, Marrakech

After breakfast, depart for Ouarzazate via Kelaa Mougouna, where the annual Rose Festival is held. On the way to Skoura, we will have lunch at a small Moroccan restaurant before continuing to Ouarzazate. Upon arrival in Skoura, we will visit the Kasbah Ameridir and continue to Ouarzazate, which was founded in 1928 and became a famous movie center. On the way, we will visit Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most beautiful Kasbahs in the region, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. After visiting Kasbah, we will transfer to Marrakech. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel/riad.
